Here we have a great album courtesy of another friend of the blog, Garry Andrew:
I Remember That Summer, is another superb album, from the master British pianist, arranger and musician, Johnny Pearson. This album follows on from his previous year's album,"Bright Eyes", which was released across the world.
Deleted commercially from the world's music catalogues for more than two decades, here is the original format and version of "I Remember That Summer". It features the original running track order, with crackle free, improved sound quality!

Thanks to Garry for all his efforts in bringing back this lost Easy classic.
I enjoyed most Johnny Pearson's version of the love theme from "American Gigolo", Seduction, more famous in its version by James Last, this version is very smooth and Easy, with the piano leading just like the rest of the album.

Thanks for this nice album.
ReplyDeleteBob,
ReplyDeleteI don't know what the problem could be; I have just downloaded it again and it came down in 5 minutes with no problems.
Mark

ReplyDeleteThanks Mark ~ a rare gem of an album, seems just like yesterday I was listening to these lovely arrangements from Johnny Pearson. He passed sadly away in 2011. Cheers from Craig
