The Nearness Of You - Charles Barlow & His Orchestra [1978]





After listening to this great album of ballroom dance music, I would swear that it was by Joe Loss, as the arrangements are so similar!

My highlight is Chihuahua, a nice Bob Barratt instrumental I remember first hearing on Harry Stoneham's High Power Hammond on Studio 2 from 1970.

It's nice to hear in full now on this LP!
